We are seeking an Agile Coach to play a pivotal role in supporting the success of Kramp and its product teams.  

Together with a team of 5 Agile coaches you will create the Agile Center of Excellence of Kramp.  

We guide individuals, teams and the product organization to move from a project to product-led way of working. Our goal for the coming period is to grow the agile knowledge and maturity in our 20+ product teams and help establish practices that create transparency across teams and domains. 

 

To do this you might: 

  • Guide changes at the domain level e.g: 

- splitting/merging teams to have a clear product focus  

- steer a domain of several teams in moving from project to product thinking and establish agile practices. 

- kick-start a new cross-functional product team, and help them set the basic agile practices in place . 

  • Help a cross functional team leverage the diversity of their skillsets.  

  • Support a business domain and their teams to align with the organizational strategy by implementing the OKR framework. 

  • Build & deliver learning and training programs that can impact our culture and the growth of our colleagues. 

  • Pair with the people managers to grow & coach individuals in their leadership skills. 

  • Mentor and coach agile team facilitators. 

  • Hands on support for the product owners community in establishing a shared roadmap and a transparent way of engaging with the business. 

 

Who are you? 

What will help you be successful in this role: 

  • Transformation experience: you have been fully or partially in the lead of the process transformation from project-based to a product-oriented model.  

  • You have a deep understanding of traditional project management and agile methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc), and their application in different settings t, as well as Product Management tools. 

  • Influencing without authority - proven experience of leading teams toward continuous improvements, without enforcement, via creating an atmosphere based on trust and inspiration. 

  • Clear and concise communication with diverse audiences (from software engineers to executives) - Knowledge and experience in applying different communication styles, proven ability to convey a message to any type of audience. Ability to navigate with diplomatic approach, knowledge of constructive feedback frameworks.  

  • Balance co-creation and Leadership – you encourage team involvement while providing clear guidance when needed.  

  • Experience in designing and/or leading workshops 

  • Navigating complexity (Cynefin Approach) - you excel in bringing structure in a chaotic environment while enabling teams to adapt end respond effectively to uncertainty  

  • Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch is an advantage.  

  • Openness to travel to Varsseveld for 2x a week (depending on the teams)
